How We Work — Step by Step
Inquiry & Quotation
Customer sends drawing and requirements → We provide quote and DFM feedback.
Order Confirmation
Quotation accepted → PO issued → Deposit received → Production plan scheduled.
Material Procurement
Raw materials (AL, SS, Brass, etc.) are sourced from trusted suppliers.
CNC Machining
Precision turning, milling, drilling, and deburring carried out in-house.
Surface Finishing
Anodizing, painting, laser engraving, or heat treatment performed via partners.
Inspection
Dimensional & visual checks using calipers, micrometers, pins, gauges.
Packaging & Delivery
Final parts are securely packed and shipped according to customer requirements.
