How We Work — Step by Step
Inquiry & Quotation
You send your drawing and requirements. We reply with a quote and DFM feedback, usually within 1–2 business days.
Order Confirmation
Quote accepted → PO issued → deposit received → production scheduled.
Material Procurement
Raw materials sourced from trusted suppliers; material certificates available on request.
CNC Machining
Turning, milling, drilling, and deburring carried out in-house.
Surface Finishing
Anodizing, painting, engraving, or heat treatment completed through our partner network.
Inspection
Sampling dimensional checks and a visual inspection on every part; first-article and full reports on request.
Packaging & Delivery
Parts securely packed and shipped to your requirements, with regular updates through to delivery.
